I build learning strategies and dynamic content to onboard audiences to new roles and processes, prompting them to learn new skills, change behavior, and grow professionally. With many years of consulting experience, I’m seasoned in managing all phases of the creative process for a wide variety of learning programs. I focus on a modular, exploratory approach to content design, including assessing the needs, analyzing gaps, outlining measurable objectives, collaborating on creative solutions, and comparing learning outcomes with intent.

Projects in programs I’ve developed include online courses, explainer videos, instructor guides and resources, case studies, and webinar content. I’m especially inspired by collaborative teamwork, storytelling, and experiential learning.
